New mixtape!

Thanks to Yelawolf's management for sending along some info regarding a new Yelawolf mixtape! The mixtape is titled "YelaWolf & Dj Ideal present -Stereo: A Hip Hop Tribute to Classic Rock." Apparantly, the mixtape will be available at myspace.com/yelawolf and Yela's OFFICIAL site, yelawolf.net. Also, Yela has several new songs on his myspace page, including "Rich Like Me," in which he sounds a lot like Lil' Wayne. Weezy fans should love it!

In other great news, Yela's manager indicated that he would supply me with exclusive "info, pics, and music" for the site. Should be sweet! And hopefully I can set up an unofficial fan forum here soon as well. Seems like things are starting to happen for Yelawolf, so expect updates soon! I bought the yelawolf.com domain name some time ago, because I had heard his music on myspace and seen him on the Missy Elliot reality show a long time back, and had hoped to start a forum for discussion of the artist and his music. Even though he wasn't very big at the time, I really enjoyed his style, and thought there must be at least a small group of people who would want a place to read about his music. I read on his myspace page that he had gotten a major record deal, so hopefully his base of fans will expand, and this site can become a place for all those new fans to read about and discuss his music! I'd like to eventually host a forum here, but, in the meantime, if you have any yelawolf news, send it to the email address at the bottom of this page!
