Slaughterhouse talks Yelawolf, Eminem, Record Labels and more (video)
hardknock.tv Exclusive in-depth interview with all four members of Slaugherhouse (Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5'9"). In part 1 of this interview Nick Huff Barili asks Slaughterhouse about the new album and if they are looking to make it more introspective than their previous group album, which was extremely lyrical but lacked some of the more personal insight that made them stand out as solo artists. All four members said that you can expect a lot more personal material in the album and that you have to keep in mind that their previous album had to be done in 6 days with a stripped down budget.
Slaughterhouse explain how the Shady deal is different than their previous label deals and elaborate on how they see Eminem's Role in the project. While the group says that there aren't full tracks done yet for the album, some skeletals have been built and they have had Jam session with Em. While they haven't had a chance to work with Yelawolf creatively too much they have got a chance to rock a couple shows together which has helped them build a camaraderie as Shady label mates.

HardknockTV interview Part 3 - Yelawolf talks Outkast, Eminem, New Album Radioactive, Slaughterhouse + Video: YelaWolf Skateboarding
Sorry, I have missed it, but it's better late than never! Here is the third part of the HardknockTV interview (Apr 5, 2011) and a skateboarding video after the jump!
hardknock.tv Exclusive in-depth interview with Yelawolf. In part 3, Yelawolf talks to Nick Huff Barili about growing up an Ouktast fan and what it was like to collaborate with Big Boi on a cut produced by Andre 3000 (Aint No DJ Off Big Boi's Sir Lucious Left Foot). For those that might not know Kawan "KP" Prather, whom Yelawolf is signed to at Ghet-O-Vision was also the A&R for Outkast, TLC and helped TI get signed, among other things. After a performance clip from SXSW of Love is Not Enough and I Just Want to Party Yelawolf talks about the meaning of behind the title for his new album called Radioactive and what people can expect from his debut album. Catfish Billy ends the interview by talking about working with Eminem and developing a chemistry with Shady label mates Slaughterhouse. For what Yelawolf mentions sounds like Marshall is up on his hip hop and might me listening to a lot of MC's tracks without them knowing!
